We are seeking an Assistant Program Administrator who works with the CEO to define, design, and execute programs. The Assistant Program Administrator communicates and coordinates with staff as well as outside company contacts. They monitor the program’s progress to keep it on schedule while reporting to the CEO.
This is what you will do:
- Create sustainable goals for the organization
- Evaluate and assess program strengths and weaknesses
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Develop program assessment protocols for improvement
- Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Produce program reports for management
- Oversee all aspects of the Student Work Experience Program
